The room feels very traditional in comparison with the rest of the hotel which felt more modern but this was totally fine for us. The room was big and the bathroom too. Our meal at the restaurant was so good and breakfast was nice too. We were welcomed to use the facilities after check out and I wish we had stayed for lunch. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed; the foyer is absolutely stunning on arrival. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. "We had a lovely week in the loft apartment. The staff were very friendly, restaurant very good for breakfast/dinner. The apartment was spacious with basic cooking facilities. No cleaning during our week and it would be nice to have a change of towels once. There are areas which could do with a bit of TLC in the room and around the hotel, but the setting is fabulous & gardens lovely. The hotel is Right on a gorgeous coastline, wonderful for running/walking & of course swimming (need water shoes)....

"Could not have asked for a better hotel - the location, comfort, beauty, friendly staff, and cleanliness! Every area is the hotel was uniquely designed, and was truly an art boutique. There courtyard was gorgeous, and I loved that my balcony overlooked it. Such a peaceful space considering everything was steps away. Will definitely return!!"
