8.6/10 Excellent! (503 reviews)
The bed was comfortable but low to the floor. The shower was very slippery and could have used a shower mat. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, walkable to everything. Staff was warm and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite on check-in and our room could not have been better - spacious, well-maintained, and super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,011 reviews)
A beautiful historic waterfront hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Giuseppe at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Watching the sunrise above Vesuvius was an experience of a lifetime. Drinks and dinner on the rooftop were very special as well.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
"It was OK for the price. The breakfast was so so, the parking very small and often full. The building is old and was making weird noises occasionally. The location was excellent: just outside LTZ but very close to all the points of interest."
