We spent a very good two weeks in this house. The photos fully reflect the actual appearance of the house. It is very clean, and the house contains all the essential items for cooking and daily use. Contact with the owner is very good. The pool was cleaned daily. It should be noted that the pool water is not heated (by the end of the season it’s quite cold), and it is absolutely necessary to have a car to reach the house. In general, we were very satisfied and would happily visit Montieri again.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Alles sehr sauber. Großer Garten mit Pool, aufgrund der Jahreszeit allerdings ziemlich kühl. Tägliche Poolreinigung. Zwei sehr gute Restaurants und Bar mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten ganz einsam und ruhig gelegen, trotz der am Haus vorbei laufenden Straße (kaum Verkehr).

Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Vermieter sehr freundlich, Ausstattung sehr gut. Zum Strand nach Follonica fährt man ca. 45 Minuten. Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden, da uns die etwas längeren Fahrten zum Strand nicht gestört haben.

Tolles Haus, Riesen Garten, Ruheoase

Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Garten riesig. Auch wenn wir den Pool aufgrund der Corona Vorschriften nicht nutzen konnten war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich nett. Wir waren zu 4. und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für Entspannung, Sport und Spieleabende vorstellen können. Wir kommen wieder !

Die Unterkunft und Anlage war gut.Das Gas u. Strom berechnet wird war auch klar.das aber die Energiekosten für den Swimmingpool auch extra abgerechnet werden sollte im Angebot vermerkt sein,auch wenn man ihn nicht nutzt !!!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten ...

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und werden wieder kommen. Man muss weit reisen, um eine Unterkunft zu finden, die so umsorgt und gepflegt ist. Hier ist alles blitzsauber, der Vermieter und die Nachbarn sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool istmittlerweile ein Salzwasserpool und immer erfrischend kühl; was den relativ kühlen Nächten der Gegend geschuldet ist. Die Tage sind herrlich warm und nachts kühlt es soweit ab, dass man herrlich schlafen kann. Einen Pullover sollte man aber im Gepäck haben.Das Grundstück ist riesig, Federballspiel und Bälle sind vorhanden.Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet: Vom Staubsauger über die Waschmaschine bis hin zum Fön/Lockenstab ist alles voranden.Zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Minuten Autofahrt und ja: Die vielen Kurven sind nervig aber wenn ich das nicht in Kauf nehmen möchte, muss ich an die Nordsee reisen. Reisetipps: In Boccheggiano direkt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein hervorragender Bäcker, zwei durchaus empfehlenswerte Restaurants und fast fußläufig vom Haus entfernt eine gute Pizzeria. In Massa Marrittima (etwa 15 km) sind dann die größeren Einkaufsmöglichkieten.In alle Richtungen bietet sich Sehenswertes: Wunderschöne Bergdörfer in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Siena in etwas mehr als einer Stunde.Besonders toll sind die Wochenmärkte der Region. Da kann frisches Obst und Gemüse, genauso wie Salami, Schinken und Käse gekauft werden, frischer Fisch und aller möglicher Kleinkram: Von der Ledertasche bis zum Nachthemd.Unbedingt anschauen: San Galgano und Roccatederighi.Und am Abend nach einem guten toskanischen Essen mit einem Eis auf der Treppe des Doms von Massa Marrittima sitzen und dem abendlichen Treiben zusehen....wunderbar!

Het appartement heeft een mooi...

Het appartement heeft een mooie grote tuin en zwembad. Het zwembad en tuin worden goed onderhouden. Het appartement zelf is behoorlijk klassiek ingericht met heel veel decoratieve spullen waar je van moet houden (of niet). De inrichting was niet echt onze smaak. Het is binnen, ook overdag, erg donker. Verder is het wel goed schoon en behoorlijk compleet met alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor ons was de tegenvaller de energierekening. Wij hebben nauwelijks energie verbruikt tijdens het verblijf (enkele spaarlampen in de avond). De energierekening van 50 euro voor 2 personen in 1 week wordt vnl bepaald door de energierekening van het (onverwarmde) zwembad. Omdat het anderen appartement niet verhuurd was wordt de gehele energierekening verhaald op het enkele verhuurde appartement. Reistips: Veel wandelingen in de buurt die in de Rother wandelgids Zuid Toscane worden beschreven. Mooie wandelingen met veel uitzichtpunten en bijzondere wandeling door een geothermisch gebied. Het strand is op ongeveer 45 minuten rijden met mooie strandbaai (na ongeveer 30 minuten lopen). Verder de gebruikelijke steden als Sienna en Florence.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nu...

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen ! Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. mal da. Die Vermieter, sowie die Dame nebenan sind sehr, sehr nett und liebenswürdig. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, sodass man immer weitere Strecken zurücklegen muss um etwas anzuschauen. Wenn jemandem schlecht wird bei zu vielen Kurven im Auto, dann sollten Sie es lieber nicht buchen. Zum Haus fährt man nur Serpentinen. Uns machte es nichts aus und wir würden auch ein weiteres mal die Unterkunft mieten. Reisetipps: Das Gebiet ist wunderschön. Alle Orte rund um die Umgebung sind sehenswert. Wirklich zauberhaft !!!Der Strand bei Follonica ist für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann hier richtig lange ins Meer reinlaufen.
