The location was great for us. The staff were all very helpful. I saw some reviews that said the rooms were small... I was in the smallest room, and it was totally fine and pretty normal for a city hotel. I'd happily stay again.

Room was clean and tidied daily, fridge was stocked with water and snacks, staff were friendly and helpful, location was close to metro and had a lot of food and shopping nearby.

The room was very clean, small but more than enough room for just me. The staff, every one of them, were excellent. For breakfast they had a large array of foods. From bacon and sausage and eggs to bread and an excellent cheese selection, yogurts and cereal and baked goods

Metr and greet was non existent. Badly signposted, we couldn’t find the entrance or anybody to speak to for about 15 min. The restaurant was closed on Wednesday & that was the only day we have stayed there. The place is very remote so you can not walk anywhere for food. Been charged for the room ...

Ideal location for Auxerre centre which was within easy walking distance. Comfortable room with good quality bed and pillows. The front of the hotel was well lit - it would have been good to be able to block out more light from the room. Parking was easy and very secure. Generally quiet.
