Nice clean room, was able to check in early, staff are friendly and a great buffet breakfast. Close to the train station to the airport and Brussel central and it includes free airport shuttle.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

"The staff at the hotel is fantastic, and the amenities are great. However, the cleanliness is questionable. The bathrooms are dusty, the hallways have outdated and dirty carpet, and the walls have cracks. Overall, the stay is okay, but it definitely needs some work."
