"Village agréable.Appartement froid à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de moisissures, notamment sous l'evier dans un placard ne méritant pas son appellation ainsi que dans des "locaux" de rangement. Vieilles toiles d'araignées dans divers endroits et le four dans un état de saleté optimale. La propriétaire a dû se déplacer pour le nettoyer et a reconnu devoir changer la grille et la plaque de cuisson qu'elle ne parvenait pas à ramener à un état correct. "Everything was fantastic In the junior suite might want to upgrade the pillows they were rather useless Broken down inside! A suggestion for wash cloths made available we asked, got them but maid didnot replenish each day. Great recommendations from her for tours. Laur from guest relations was perfection. Great location so close to trains and old town."

"We liked the hotel, the room and pool area. We didn’t find the staff welcoming or friendly. The check in person was okay, but not real friendly. The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant. The hostess/manager person did not like people going through the restaurant, but it wasn’t the guests fault that the hotel has it set up this way. Breakfast isn’t included and is expensive to add it on. There is an awesome shopping plaza next door with a grocery store. We bought breakfast items there and ate in our room. Next time, I’ll look for a hotel where staff are kind to their guests."
