This charming holiday apartment offers you a well-kept and cosy retreat while you explore the scenic and cultural treasures around the medieval town of Montone. After a restful night, enjoy a hearty breakfast here, plan your activities and round off a long day of excursions with a cosy games evening.



Swim laps in the spacious communal pool as soon as you get up. Play basketball or football with your children on the large communal grounds and let the little ones make new friends in the playground.



Hike through the rolling hills of the Monte Cucco Nature Park or along the Colli del Trasimeno wine route. Visit Gubbio with its ancient cable car and Roman theatre, stroll through the Renaissance alleyways of Città di Castello, take a boat trip on Lake Trasimeno and then stop off at a cosy trattoria in Montone.
