Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this very sunny house of 100 m2 is located at the end of a dead end in a quiet and green residential area, two minutes walk from the main shops and 10 minutes by tram from Place de the Comedy in the heart of Montpellier.

Fully air-conditioned, the house has a large, bright living room-kitchen of 35 m2 with a large picture window overlooking the terrace, and a central corridor distributing four bedrooms all equipped with double beds with new bedding (1x160 cm; 3x 140cm) , a small bathroom (shower) and a bathroom.

An ovoid outdoor swimming pool of 3 x 8m and a large, not overlooked wooden terrace of 40 m2.
