Arrived around 10 pm. Staff very friendly. Problem was the parking. There was a car parked right in the entrance, making it hard to drop off a handicapped person. Face clothes and hand towels missing in room. Once mentioned to the desk, was fast on bringing some. Bed comfortable

My stay was an overnight one, from 10 PM to 6 AM, a brief stopover because of a transit flight. We were pleased to find it was easy to sleep, and the surrounding area was very quiet. The check-in process was fast and seamless.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was very noisy from guests in room above, as there seems to be very little noise barrier between floors, as well as from planes going overhead every few minutes. Overall very clean, and well maintained.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast was meh (was hoping it was continental style, just my preference.) Room was nice, came with adjustable AC. I didn't like the speed bumps everywhere outside and the potholes. Overall good stay, thanks for having me.

We were disappointed. Situated in a ... area meant there are no restaurants, shopping areas nearby. We don't haave a car when we're in Montreal as our son picks us up every morning and takes us back every evening. The breakfast is very limited (juice- apple only, bread, bagles, scrambled egg patties) which is o.k. for one day but pretty tiring for every day of the week. In the room we found many instances of lack of maintenance and slipshod work that was done. There was no grab bar in the tub/shower so my wife refused to shower. The bed was comfortable an dthere was hot water as needed. We were the only ones in the breakfast area as the timing was 7-9 only.

Maybe it would be nice to add some lights in the lobby as it could be dark. It will probably add more life to the hotel . Also, the lamp in our room was not working g and so our room was a bit dark. Also, the cereals during breakfast were already past its best before date. On the other hand, there were lots of toiletries in our room and that was plus for us.

Staff were helpful and friendly. They allowed us to access the dining area late at night to get drinking water. Fruits and yogurt were available for breakfast. Carpet in our room appear to have not been vacuumed especially on the sides of the bed, fridge, and under the side table. Lamp on side table wasn't working. Wardrobe cabinet didn't smell good. Expired cereal was served during breakfast.

Our room was ok for one night. Everything in the room was old and broken. Toilet seat was barely attached to it. Lampshades were broken and with holes in them. The vanity in the bathroom was barely acceptable, 2 inches around the sink. There were no place to put anything on it. The bed was comfortable.

This is the kind of stay that is...well, you get what you pay for...the room was big, clean, and comfortable and that's all I needed. The hotel is in the midst of commercial businesses, so no food places easily accessible...but there's the IKEA! The area was super quiet, especially because it was a weekend stay and all those commercial businesses were closed. Don't be fooled by the advertisement of continental breakfast...choices were extremely limited...I mean, how tough is it to go to Costco and grab some bakery items? But again...you get what you pay for, the coffee in the morning was good enough...however our second night there, we slept through the breakfast time and the lady at the desk didn't let us get a coffee...but then she had the room open an hour later for some other people so I'm not sure what was up with that... Overall, decent stay, I would come back if I ever visit Montreal again.

Not so good

The hotel is not renovated, covered in carpet to make it seem like it is. Rooms are not soundproof. As soon as we opened the fridge, the whole room started to smell like it: very bad. The bed was comfortable. Too bad we only had 10 channel options on the TV. Wi-Fi is ok so we used our phones to watch movies. Shower jet is very weak, took us time to feel clean. Not so impressed and not worth the money.
