"We were greeted by the kind staff at the front when we checked in. Lucky for us, they upgraded our room at no extra cost, much appreciated! We had a beautiful room with an amazing city view. Housekeeping was very kind and always took care of our room. The room and hotel itself was quite clean. The pool was maintained well. Very much appreciated the gentleman who was consistent in testing the pool water. The gym as well was quite nice for a hotel gym. The hotel is super close to the 2 main metro lines, which made it very convenient for us who were relying on public transit. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever go back to Montreal!"

"We found glass/mirror pcs in the swimming pool. That was quite shocking. Hotel staff was explaining due to some incident glass got into the pool but unfortunately they were not able to fix that issue with the pool. Hotel staff and GM was very helpful during Breakfast. Trying to satisfy everyone. Overall experience was good- good room size"
