Cozy pad in the Plateau Mont-Royal, 10 minutes to anything

Only a few steps from the hip Mont-Royal Avenue, and a short walk to Lafontaine Park. Great central spot for your Montreal stay for up to 4 people.

Lots of great restaurants, bakeries, boutiques and markets only a few minutes on foot. The closest metro station is a pleasant12 minute walk, with two bus lines around the corner.

The main bedroom is cozy with a king bed. The secondary room has a futon and desk, and serves as a home office and closet. The living room is spacious with a 65" TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with espresso machine, microwave/air fryer, Instant Pot and lot of other cooking gadgets.

Rear balcony has a bench and two-burner BBQ for outdoor hangs (not recommended in winter though!)
