I stayed there for 3 nights, and it was amazing. The staff was super nice and kind, they even let me drop my luggage beyond the check-in time. The room had picturesque view of the sea and the port, and the air conditioner was working well too.

I Stayed here last year and it was excellent
sadly, the quality has declined this year, which was disappointing.
The rooms were not very clean, particularly the balcony windows, and breakfast fell short of expectations. The restaurant menu also doesn’t quite match what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard.
On a positive note, some of the longstanding staff remain excellent Lucie in particular was professional and welcoming throughout.
This isn’t meant as harsh criticism, just an honest reflection of my stay

Outstanding, smaller hotel in a wonderful (albeit touristic) area. The staff was exceptionally friendly, kind, patient and helpful. The area has literally dozens, maybe more, decent restaurants (many Tunisien places) and great museums and attractions within easy walking distance. Marseille is certainly wrongly maligned as a place to avoid - that is really old news, if it ever was true.
The hotel restaurant is a great place to have breakfast, and I recommend spending a little extra to book a room with a balcony and table. It's a lovely way to start the day with a coffee and watch the neighborhood wake-up.
A five-star experience at very reasonable prices. Allez l'OM! (if you know, you know!)
