"Clean room. Room had new fixtures and paint. No defects were found.Check in was seamless. Even had a random complementary upgrade to a king bed. Had a restful night’s sleep. Staff friendly and efficient. Very quiet even for Friday night. I initially questioned the safety of the neighborhood, but all was good. Breakfast was yogurt, cheese, cereal bar and coffee. It was skimpy, but sufficed. Would stay again."

"Barbara’s home is a fun little house that was a great stopping point on our trip through southwestern Colorado. The house was clean, there was plenty of bedding and towels and it was close to the main part of town. Our only complaint was that the listing showed that it sleeps 7 but only had beds for 6. There was a pack and play that could be used for a 7th bed but it was not mentioned in the description. It worked out because there was plenty of extra bedding and the couch was comfortable to sleep on for one of the kids. Overall, we would recommend this place and return again if we are in the area again."
