The sausage was the same way.. we have stayed there several times in the past but it has never been this bad. They definitely need to step out up a little. This place gives best Western a bad name. Also the guy a art the dear is always rude. He always says he doesn't have any king rooms left when you call and ask,, so he tries to sell you a suite for more money.., but you...

"parking was easy, hot tub wasn’t very warm and wasn’t filled all the way so it splashed water everywhere when i turned the jets on. overall a very nice staff and super nice staff. "
