"Beautiful house, just as described in the listing. House was very new and solidly well done. Internet and TV worked well.Very comfortable setup , plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was awesome, well stocked. House was very clean. Comfortable chairs and nice views from the deck. The location was outstanding. The property is extremely quiet, no neighborhood noises, the only sounds were motor boats on the water. Plenty of safe space in the front yard area for dogs/ kids to play and run. It was exceptionally relaxing, very private and secluded, BUT it is ASLO conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Bath is a quick 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay there again, no complaints, highly recommend."

"The property was perfect in every way. The pictures do not do it justice. Every detail of the design is thoughtful. The appliances are all high end. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything you would need to cook is provided. The ultra high end coffee maker/espresso machine was a wonderful surprise. Jared is a magnificent host. Prior to arrival, he contacted us about our preferences. When we arrived, he had light roast coffee beans waiting for us. The refrigerator was fully stocked with Diet Coke and sparkling water. There was a meat/cheese/fruit/chocolate platter in the refrigerator as well. The televisions are set up to allow access to your streaming services, with an automatic deletion of your personal information at the end of your stay. I wasn’t aware when we booked, but there is a theater room upstairs with a 100 inch screen and B&W surround sound. The property has Sonos for listening to music and an Apple Watch/phone charger in the bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The high end linens and soft comforter made for a great night’s sleep. The location of the property is perfect. It was an easy walk to downtown and an easy walk to a series of hiking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We hope to return soon."
