Hotel was very nice, room nice and clean. This is located walking distance from restaurant. Probably about 8 to 12 minutes walking from the attractions around. Parking is really down the street, but not as bad as some people mentioned. My only complaint is the air conditioner (AC) was set to heat mode. Means that the mode is set by the hotel. This can be running on heat OR cold. In other words, you will not be able to set this to cold mode. It is one or the other. So, we had to leave the window/doors opened thru the night to get cooler air inside the room. We are not used to do this. Still staff was very nice and friendly, and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed an extra day because it was so nice.

The hotel is in a good spot. You can walk everywhere ot takd the bus, bk problem. Plenty of food all around. It is roght in the centre. Perfect place. The room especially the bathroom needs re done, there was a lot of mould around the bathroom and the floor was not very clean. However, it was good fof only two days stay.

Pros: On a beautiful relatively quiet plaza. Staff is excellent. Restaurant on site had great food with excellent service. In a great central location. Nicely furnished apartment suites with terrace. Cons: There was an odor in building 3- smelled like pipes/sewer. We were moved to building 2; the hotel upgraded us to a larger apartment- No odor there. But you can smell at times it throughout the old city. Overall: Very nice stay. Would recommend.

Had a mini break in Seville & this hotel made the holiday extra special. Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel was exceptional in decor, location, ambiance. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and loved the luxury and superb comfort of the room. I am definitely recommending to friends and family to stay here if they visit Seville. Many thanks to all the staff at the Hotel - your care and respect of our custom was very much appreciated.
