"the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK.. "nice hotel with nice location. it is located near city center, you can get around easily. the FO staff was very helpful n friendly. keep up with the good greetings guys. on the 3rd day I got problem with hot shower, but they fix it immediately after I tell to FO staff. the bad side is only the carpet, i think it should be replaced with new one. the old one was looked dusty."

"It was a pretty nice stay. The hotel is new. The only thing that I didn't like was the small bathroom and no place/rack to put the toiletries in it. Also the parking space is too small."

"Inexpensive, “boutique “ property. English ability varied significantly. Staff was always polite. Limited variety of food but always tasty. Nice breakfast. Reasonably convenient to Losari Beach area but a bit far to walk in the heat."

"This is such an old building. The strong stench in the hallway of mold and cigarettes. Furniture in rooms is so old, window curtains are stained and the beds are very uncomfortable. The dining hall has dated and dirty furniture. "

"Location not that great but price is good. The staff was superbly friendly and welcoming, the best feature of this hotel I must say. The hotel is outdated and in deep need for good renovation and scrubbing. Aircon is not cold also even when we set it at 18 degrees with highest fan speed. "

About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking...

"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

"It rained a bit, which is to be expected in this area, but nothing that was too much of a bother. One small complaint I have that actually just occurred to me is that the local mosque, of which there is one on every corner in this part of the world, started prayers at a high volume at 4am today...I'm all for religious freedom however, 4am, and no way to get away from it, that's a little much. I don't know what the solution is, however, there should be room for some consideration."
