"This place was in a very poor condition. The washing machine didnt work and this was main reason i booked so i could was clothes before next part of my trip. The room was really run down and in a poor state. The room smelt and so did the main corridor outside. They charge 500 php to clean the room but make you take away your own rubbish before you leave. The aircon smelt bad and actually made me sick the next morning. Sorry but I would not recommend this."

"Good condo right in the right place for everything davao has to offer including cathedral and city center loads of places to eat and plenty of malls not to far Elvie owner of our condo very appreciable and nice to talk to and if you need anything just contact her and she will sort it out"

"Great price, good AC unit (keep room cold). Very basic. Its a shelf and a bed. Staff is friendly enough, and though dated and right next to the slums it feels pretty safe. The building and decor are seem super old and alot of lights are left off- likely to save the hotel money. There's a simple shop in the lounge where you can buy chips, noodles, water, etc for 10-50 php each. You can also buy personal toiletries like soap here- which is nice since the hotel doesn't include any complimentary items. If you want a hot shower, soap and shampoo, or something more than just a matress and shelf- it's not for you. Having said that it's perfect for those on a budget."
