"Great spot for a short getaway with family. The resort is old but mostly well maintained. It does have its flows too though, like no vent fan in the room bathroom and Packers restaurant being extremely slow."

"Stephen is a gracious host, checking in on us regularly as late arrivals and meeting us personally despite the late arrival time (after 10pm). The property is very clean, comfortable and conveniently close to the beach... literally walk across the quiet street. Maple Beach has the warmest waters north of San Diego thanks to shallow tidelands. Point Roberts is special. Checkout was equally pleasant and quick. We loved the stay and will be back frequently; will be staying here again."

"Great place to stay, Walking distance to coffee, grocery store, bar, and brewery. We stayed here the night before a cruise to Alaska from Vancouver. Would definitely recommend this beach house."

"We had such a great stay in Birch Bay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we felt right at home. One of the absolute highlights was Bruno, the house dog — he was SO sweet and adorable and definitely made our stay extra special! 🐾❤️ We loved seeing him around. The property was peaceful, well cared for, and exactly what we were hoping for. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Birch Bay!"

"This property is absolutely amazing. The home was very clean and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy whatever was planned for the day, especially when it came to the kitchen. The views are simply stunning. We watched the otters on their daily routines, which included lots of frolicking on the shore and in the water. We enjoyed the hourly “fly by” of an eagle who fished in the bay. Sitting on the deck to watch the sunsets was definitely a highlight. If you want to have a memorable vacation on Orcas Island this is the place to stay!"
