"Very hard to locate off busy highway. No where to park at entrance when you find it! Then waited 10 mins for receptionist to finish phone call. Worst charged extra $50 for nothing over cost so am disputing it. And you have to carry cases up steps to get out back to car park! Also not close to airport. Worst decision I made"

"pool looked very Dirty. A.C wasn't working the room was so hot. we ended up checking out and getting a different hotel. The staff however was externally nice and understanding."

"The staff were amazing! The room was definitely everything you see & some. The shower had heated floors which was amazing. The view was nice from our room. They did not have an ice machine on the floor but the front desk ran us some immediately, their customer service was phenomenal. The restaurant was still not open but they did make up for that with free breakfast items and coffee which worked out perfect for our early morning outings to grab and go. The bed felt amazing & definitely felt like a home away from home very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again. "
