Everything and everyone was great, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, every place we wanted to visit was walking distance since the hotel was in a great area.

Our stay was overall average. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the staff kindly accommodated us a bit earlier, which we appreciated. The room was decent but nothing exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was of average quality. One disappointing experience was with a discount offer of up to 20% off. The front desk told us it should be applied at the restaurant, while the restaurant staff sent us back to the front desk. In the end, the discount was never honored, which left a negative impression. Overall, the stay was fine, but the service communication and follow-through could definitely be improved.
