The traveling agent company that they have inside their hotel to help schedule or buy tickets for the Coco bongo club and adventures/ attractions is a scam, I bought tickets to go to the Coco bongo and the next day got a call and a lady came up to me stating they had to cancel our tickets because it’s a private event but when we walked in front of the club and they were trying to get us to buy tickets to go in, it’s been two weeks and still have not received a refund. $200 GONE!!!!!!

Had two rooms. One for my wife and I and the other for my teenage kids. We were told the rooms were going to be right next to each other and they weren’t. They were on each side of the resort. Never had towels in our rooms, not at restaurants and bars were open. Pools closed early. Everywhere in the resort minus our room was very hot. They catered more for their infinity clients. Will not be going back
