The pull‑out couch had only a bottom sheet and there were no extra sheets or blankets anywhere in the house, so it wasn’t usable. "Certain aspects of the property require an updated. 1.) All of the glass elevators windows physically were in poor conditions with multiple scratches and scrapples on the glass. 2.) The ventilation fan in bathroom is in poor condition (sounded like it was going to fall apart). Room 605 3.) Room did not have a safe. Which meant we had to carry those personal items that we would normally place a safe with us while exploring Birmingham. All of the staff that we engaged with where pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful."
