"Stayed here on two separate occasions (realized on my first booking, I didn’t book all the days I needed), so I stayed in 2 separate rooms. The first room, had minor stains on the sheets and a stray hair in the shower, but nothing really to write home about, as they were easy fixes. The tub was clean, but the bottom was stained. Overall, the room was decently clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. My next room was on the same floor, much cleaner than the first one I’d say. I didn’t find what I mentioned in the first room. "The staff was friendly and helpful with all. I asked them to give me xtra coffee and they were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and served with very good extra fresh fruit to help ourselves "

"Asked for extra pillows and was told no. No smoking facility except our room reeked of smoke. First hotel to ever deny extra pillows. This is really bad customer service in my book. "

"This is a pretty basic hotel. Could do with some modernising but it was very clean and the staff were excellent. Shuttle to and from the airport on time. All good. 👍 "

"I had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and very friendly people at check in. The only thing that was not clear from the website was that there was a charge for leaving your car there when you get the shuttle to the airport. That said, it was only 10 bucks a night, and the shuttle is so convenient. I enjoyed my short stay and would go back again!!!"

"The hotel is nice, the rooms are decently remodeled. I did find it was loud staying near the stairwell. The most frustrating thing was asking for a 4:30am airport shuttle only to find out the next morning I was not on the list. Also, I told the staff I needed to be at the airport before 5am, I was assured it was a 10-min drive, but we ended up going to another hotel for a 2nd pickup and waiting there for 20 minutes causing me to arrive much later at the airport than I anticipated. No one wants that kind of stress before a long trip."
