"This hotel was awesome, overall! We received a suite that was handicap accessible for my husband that is confined to a wheelchair. The unit was large and roomy to accommodate both a wheelchair and mobility scooter. The bathroom had grab bars around the toilet and in the shower/bathtub. The breakfast was hot and tasty with a variety of options. The coffee was excellent. I have two issues that are note worthy to mention: First, the bedside table between the two beds had a visibly sticky ring from a cup or glass on it that needed to be wiped off and the second, more notable was the mattress on the pull out sofa bed. It was basically flat with zero support to it. My husband generally sleeps on this bed because it’s lower to the floor and easier for him to get up and down from. Unfortunately, he was not able to sleep on this bed because of the mattress! However, we were able to get him onto one of the queen beds but he was not able to get out of the bed without assistance. Not a deal breaker, just a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, definitely a five star experience. Staff was great! "

"This property is not owned by Red Roof Inn. The rooms and surrounding area is very filth and unkempt. Also too expensive for what you are not getting. Someone needs to report this property to Corporate. "

"Asked for extra pillows and was told no. No smoking facility except our room reeked of smoke. First hotel to ever deny extra pillows. This is really bad customer service in my book. "

"The hotel is nice, the rooms are decently remodeled. I did find it was loud staying near the stairwell. The most frustrating thing was asking for a 4:30am airport shuttle only to find out the next morning I was not on the list. Also, I told the staff I needed to be at the airport before 5am, I was assured it was a 10-min drive, but we ended up going to another hotel for a 2nd pickup and waiting there for 20 minutes causing me to arrive much later at the airport than I anticipated. No one wants that kind of stress before a long trip."

"One of the best hotels in Pittsburgh Airport area. The rooms are very clean and the hotel appears to have been built recently, so everything looks great. Very professional staff too. Will highly recommended it "
