In a seaside residence, this elegant villa will seduce you with its generous volumes and warm atmosphere. It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have their own private bathroom, one equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The house's three bathrooms combine comfort and refinement.

The bright and inviting living room opens onto two terraces, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal al fresco. You can also take advantage of a beautiful private swimming pool to cool off at any time of day.
