We enjoyed our stay, even though it was for just 1 night. Our room was clean, comfortable and I’m glad we had a balcony. The pool area was clean and the cold towels were a welcome treat.

The mineral spa is AMAZING as always! We really enjoyed the park behind temple gardens! I really like that they added the feature in the elevator of only being able to reach a hotel floor with a hotel key card.

The rooms need much TLC. The initial room we were given was musty and close to the laundry facility ( 350). We manoeuvred past laundry carts to get to our room. They did give another room as we were not pleased. The room we moved to smelled better but there was a marked iron stain on the rug ( room 455) and the furniture was soiled. Staff did their best to accommodate our needs but the facility is overrated for the price.
