"The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were all made. The entire house was clean and inviting. There was and issue with shortage of towels, we contacted the Host and the matter was resolve, quickly. There were two beautiful fireplaces and ample firewood. The lake view was spectacular, with the porch providing two distinctly different views of the lake. Beach access allowed for fishing from the shore or from the two docks. While the kitchen was great, there were two restaurants nearby for those who would like to dine out. The location of the home provided the opportunity to take walks in country to view the other homes as well as different views on Brantingham LakeOverall a wonderful experience!"

"Beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood! Plenty of parking, close to trails and wonderful restaurants. The host responded quickly when contacted. All of the furniture was very comfortable. It was nice and homey and even had Netflix. The open floor plan was great for hanging out and visiting. We look forward to our next stay! I highly recommend this rental!!"

"If you're looking for a unique, fun and very relaxing place to stay, you've found it! We stayed in the main cabin in September 2025 and were thrilled with its rustic charm. We enjoyed so many activities both on the island and in the surrounding area which felt like a nostalgic step back in time. We really loved using the included boat to get to and from the island, for fishing, and to position ourselves for perfect sunsets on the lake. We also loved using the kayaks. The private dock was ideal for sunrises, stargazing at night, more fishing, book reading, campfires, and complete relaxation. The cabin was cute but spacious and had everything we needed. The old-school nintendo with all the games was a lot of unexpected fun. Almost forgot the hottub and hammocks - fantastic! We also recommend renting the ATVs for a full day of exploring tons of rugged trails and pitstops for a bite to eat and some beautiful waterfalls. John was so easy to work with and quickly addressed any questions we had. We really looked forward to this trip as a family of four (all now adults) for a long time and it truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Grant Island!"

"Wow!! I mean Wow!! This house was huge and beautiful. The separate large garage which was the game room was a child hit. My kids didn’t leave that area and they had a blast. Resturants, store, lake, motocross track (high voltage hills mx) was walking distance or within 2 miles away. Can’t wait to rent this house again."
