It started with a sign that was about 6x6 inches. Very hard to find and it required a code to enter the building which we did not have. Luckily a local knew the code and let us in. Then there was no one at the desk to help us. After several calls my wife got in touch with someone. They used profanity and hung up on her. A few minutes later they did show up and yelled at us for not responding to a message we never received. We finally made it to our room but my wife was so upset that she spent the next day and a half in the room. We never saw another person at the reception office the entire stay. We had assumed there would be someone to help with questions about transportation, etc. This is not like a normal hotel and people should be made aware of that before they book. I have never run into a more rude hotel employee in my entire life. I would avoid this “hotel”.
