"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Not recommend if you plan to stay with children. Good for individual or two people staying while traveling. Parking not available on site but you can use market public parking lot #2 for overnight parking. It’s about 5 minute walk."

"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"트윈객실의 난방이 준비되지 않은 상태에서 예약을 받아 네시간 가량 난방을 하였음에도 침구류가 한기가 가득하여 도저히 취침이 불가능하여 퀸베드로 다운그레드하였음. 그럼에도 불구하고 어떠한 사과나 다운그레이한 방과의 차이액에 대한 보상은 없었음. "

"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "Swimming in the pool was difficult even for a human, the edge was extremely narrow to walk on, and the dog couldn’t get in because it would have to jump over a very wide gap. He was scared."
