"비가 와서 청평 구경은 포기했던 터라 호캉스했습니다. 펜션 사모님께서 너무 친절하게 이것저것 챙겨주셔서 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 테라스에서 바베큐를 할 수 있는 것도, 정원에 준비된 숫불 코너의 불멍도 너무 인상에 남네요. 다음에도 이용하고 싶어요"

"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "I had to scurry and find a hotel in Seoul. I found Hotel the May and will definitely be back. Property is gorgeous, staff is amicable and helpful and the surrounding area has multiple restaurants. A bit off the beaten track for tourist attractions, but that was what I was looking for. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"

"잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."
