This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! The people were so friendly and polite and there were employees everywhere. I didn’t have to do or think at all. They had everything ready! They greeted me my name. Use the limo service and feel like royalty. Rooms were clean and quiet. Light and cooling were perfect. Bed comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. I would live there if I could!!

Best hotel stay...ever! My family and I loved it at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul. They have a great breakfast buffet, and the service was impeccable. The only small suggestion I would have is to direct guests to the other elevators that go to the lobby; there was often a wait for the 2 elevators to the lobby from the concierge area. Luckily, we found the other bank of elevators on the first night. The hotel is right next to the Lotte mall which was convenient as we packed lightly and bought a couple of outfits while in Seoul. And Sokchon Lake across the street was a beautiful sight, especially during our stay when the cherry blossoms bloomed. All in all, a great hotel which we would be happy to stay at again.

Everything was great, except this is the 1st hotel that I have seen that is 5 star and it does not have rooms with two double beds. We had a single bed and a queen. This is crazy!
