"This is our eighth stay at this property and this review is really the same for all 8 stays. The property is new, excellent condition, close to the major highway, very friendly staff, safe and clean. We have a couple of issues though, firstly the “hot” breakfast buffet items are always cold. It doesn’t matter what time you come for breakfast, the hot items are cold. This could be greatly improved. In the meantime order some bespoke scrambled eggs so at least that will be warm. "Grandezza Hotel Luxury Palace Brno is a beautiful conservative old style hotel ideally situated on one of the main squares of the old city centre below the Dom and only a few minutes' walk from the main historical and cultural sites, including Spilberk Castle. The service is excellent and the standard of the rooms is superb. The shower is in a bathtub which i personally do not like, and the shower water pressure was very low, too low."
