Una vera casa d'amare

Il nostro soggiorno presso la Casa D’Amare è stato molto positivo. Il proprietario e le persone di sua fiducia che ci hanno seguito, “coccolati” e assistiti durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Sempre disponibili, ci hanno anche fornito anche una serie di consigli dal punto di vista turistico venendo incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. La casa è esattamente come descritta e come nelle foto visualizzate in fase di prenotazione. Molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort anche di tipo tecnologico. Molto fresca, non abbiamo neanche avuto necessità di accendere l’aria condizionata pur nelle giornate calde estive. E’ nuovissima e tenuta in maniera perfetta, ben arredata e con mobilio utile per le esigenze di una intera famiglia, ivi incluse le dotazioni della cucina. Può accogliere tranquillamente 4 persone e poi è dotata anche di un comodo divano letto all’occorrenza. Il bagno è perfetto, così come la lavanderia/stanzino (la lavatrice è nuovissima e l’abbiamo usata più volte) per tenere sempre in ordine la casa senza cose in giro. Comodissimo il patio davanti con il tavolo per mangiare, adatto anche a momenti di svago per prendere il sole o per i giochi dei piccoli della mia famiglia, dotato di una doccia perfetta quando si torna dal mare. Localizzata a una breve passeggiata (con ultimo tratto in salita) dal lungomare di Torre Vado, vicinissima alla famosa pasticceria Martinucci per le gustose e tipiche colazioni salentine, è in una via molto tranquilla, silenziosa anche con i venerdì pieni di gente al lungomare e con disponibile sempre il parcheggio per l’auto. E’ collegata con una strada posteriore alle strade che da Torre Vado vanno alla statale e quindi comoda anche per evitare di passare per le strade più trafficate. Punto strategico per raggiungere in brevissimo le migliori spiagge e zone del Salento. Nelle dotazioni su richiesta abbiamo ricevuto anche un ombrellone con cui abbiamo girato le tantissime spiagge salentine nonché due biciclette utilissime per fare la spesa quotidiana nel paese. Mi sento di raccomandare una vacanza in questa casa e dovessi tornare in zona la utilizzerò sicuramente di nuovo.

Soggiorno perfetto

Meravigliosa esperienza, appartamento curatissimo nei dettagli e dotato dei confort necessari per un perfetto soggiorno al mare. Molto comodo, vicino al centro e alle spiagge ma in posizione tranquilla (di notte neanche un rumore). I proprietari di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare, ci hanno coccolato e accontentato in ogni richiesta. Difficile segnalare qualche mancanza o difetto, ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Spettacolo!

Casa di nuova costruzione con tutti i comfort; arredamento moderno; wi-fi; aria condizionata (nonostante la casa sia molto fresca di suo) ; possibilità filodiffusione audio; doccia esterna;ampia veranda esterna che offre privacy e relax. 5 min a piedi dal bellissimo litorale di Torre Vado, in zona tranquilla ed esclusa dal traffico. Consigliatissimo per tutti.

Così accogliente che sembrava la nostra casa!!!

Abbiamo trascorso le prime due settimane di luglio. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto anzi se possibile ancora migliore perchè più spazioso di come sembra nelle immagini. La casa è nuova, costruita nel 2017, in una zona tranquilla ma vicino al mare che si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Ben orientata e fresca. La casa è stata concepita ed arredata proprio come se fosse la tua casa di proprietà. Pulita e profumata. Mia moglie è rimasta stupita dal profumo di ammorbidente delle lenzuola. Il proprietario è stato squisito accogliendoci al nostro arrivo con uno spuntino a base di prodotti del luogo. Siamo stati veramente bene. Non posso far altro che consigliarla tutti.

Casa nuovissima è pulitissima,arredata con grande stile e qualita

La casa è posizionata su una piccola collinetta molto tranquilla a 300mt da mare,dotata di tutti i confort possibili,dove ci siamo goduti dei tramonti meravigliosi,i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per tutto il tempo trascorso in vacanza.molto consigliato 100% Sicuramente ci ritorniamo.

Appartamento molto bello, ottima posizione,

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere stati tra i primi ad usufruire di questo splendido alloggio nuovissimo, ubicato in zona tranquilla e sicura, vista mare, arredato con molta cura, moderno ed essenziale con comodo e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato, doccia esterna e posto auto antistante. Apprezzatissima la lavanderia completa di lavatrice. Perfetto per famiglia o gruppo composto da quattro persone ma il divano letto permette di accogliere ancora uno o due ospiti. A pochi passi dal paese Torre Vado, che offre tutti i servizi, supermercati, mercatini serali, numerosi ristoranti/pizzerie per tutti i gusti e budget e un ricco calendario di eventi all'aperto. Nota interessante: ogni mattina il panettiere passa con ceste di dolci e salati tipici da poter acquistare direttamente senza spostarsi ;) Posizione strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti d'auto le più belle spiagge del Salento (oltre a quella del paese a 300 mt percorribili a piedi) ma anche per organizzare visite a città d'arte, itinerari naturalistico/archeologici, ciclo turismo. Un grazie particolare ai proprietari per la splendida accoglienza con i buonissimi "rustici" della rinomata pasticceria Martinucci, diventata poi nostra immancabile tappa giornaliera, per la gentile disponibilità, e anche per il cestino di frutta e taralli che ha allietato il nostro lungo viaggio di ritorno fino a Venezia! Consigliamo assolutamente.
