The Staff very professional, the hotel clean as well, just I think they need is microwave and little cooler inside of rooms and enough towels.

The description of the hotel is way above the reality. The toilet was leaking, the air conditioning didn’t work well, I listed two guest we had hygiene items for one. The worst thing about staying v here was the customer service, the staff in particular the guys we interacted with. Although the women weren’t very helpful either. This hotel will not be on my #1 list.

We reserved a “premium” room that included free breakfast, drink and a free one way transportation to the airport included in the room amenities. When we got to the hotel, we were told they had no shuttle transportation available and what they used was a taxi service but that there was an extra cost and that it wasn’t included in our stay. I explained and showed the reservation where it says what’s included in the stay and they insisted is not something they offered and to call Expedia for clarification. An agent at Expedia agreed that it was something that the hotel was offering as an amenity and tried to get in contact with the hotel for clarification but the hotel hung up after the first try and they didn’t answer the phone after. I paid extra money for a room with “premium” amenities and they were not provided to me.

Dear guestI apologize for the misunderstanding, however I tell you that on the Expedia page it says that the transfer to the airport has an additional cost, the hotel does not have a car for this service therefore we cannot include it.

Experiencia en Horizon
Es un hotel con políticas que benefician al hotel y aunque es evidente que pueden ayudar a los clientes las políticas pesan más que el servicio al cliente. Es una propiedad Gold y no recibí ningún apoyo de esto, al contrario la habitación asignada estaba muy vieja, no tenía insumos y no me dieron información siquiera del horario del desayuno el cual perdí por que cierran más temprano que la mayoría de los hoteles.

Buenas tardes, lamento leer su experiencia. Me ayudaria mucho saber su nombre y habitacion en la que estuvo para tomar acciones con el personal. Nuestra mision siempre es la atencion a nuestros clientes. Por otro lado referente al horario del desayuno esta disponible desde 6:30 am hasta las 11:30 am y en general el restaurante cierra a las 21:30 hrs.Quedo a sus ordenes en gerencia general

Very nice and clean, staff is very courteous and friendly. Breakfast Was fresh an delicious Only thing this place is missing is a bigger poo other than that that place is excellent.

The staff is very friendly and profesional, they offered a warm treatment that make us feel at home. The valet parking guy executes his job above and beyond you must keep it. Also Victor the server in the restaurant offered an excellent service. The bread of the house is exquisite. The fountain in the main entrance is gorgeous, super clean, we were impressed with the beauty. The gardens are beautiful. The only thing that I recommend you to check is to add more pressure to the water in the tank of toilet room 117.

First receptionist who took care of me made a mistake and it was quickly resolved. King bed and drinks provided. Breakfast included and not bad. Juice, fruit plate and option of chilaquiles or traditional eggs. Room and bed was good. Hotel is centrally located and can't beat the price. It's straight across Walmart and a casino and mall and American dining close McDonald's, Applebee's and more. I stay again

The hotel is in good condition, we called maintenance to some some drainage issues which were promptly solved. I do recommend this hotel.
