Over the years, I have always spent my last night in Belgium at the Sheraton. The staff is welcoming and professional, and every aspect of the stay is perfect. My morning departure at Zaventem merely requires walking across the street after having enjoyed a vast continental breakfast. Always a pleasure.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. The only serious issue was that the shower in the room had no shower head. Therefore the water poured out of the shower as if it was a hose. Naturally this flooded the floor completely. As we were staying only one night and this occurred in the morning nothing could be done. When checking out the staff was attentive and said they would attend to this immediately.

Damn expensive hotel in which to spend the night, but worth the stress busting luxury of strolling across to the terminal when catching an early morning flight out of the EU. Very quiet. Breakfast doesn’t open in time so grab something at the terminal. Would have liked some tea bags in the room, not just coffee pods.

We stayed one night before an early flight and the hotel is connected to the airport. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and the room was large and quiet. Perhaps could use a refresh (paint, carpet) but the location was fantastic.
