Property was extremely convenient for the airport. Rooms were clean and seemed like they were recently updated. Very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was a bar and restaurant available on site which was very convenient.

The taxi from Brussels airport to the hotel was 21 euro. This is described as an airport hotel. The hotel shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel does not start until 18.00. This is not a hotel for tourists. On arriving at the hotel early I had planned to go into Brussels, but the cost and organisation to get a taxi back to the airport or station (even more expensive) and the same on my return. made it all too hard. The room was stifling hot, no opening windows and the aircon set to 18 made no difference. The rooms are lovely and the food in the restaurant is good.

My stay was very pleasant overall. The check-in and check-out processes were both smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making arrivals and departures very easy. One of the biggest advantages is the complimentary airport shuttle service, which was reliable, punctual, and incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a hotel with quick and easy access to the airport, this is an excellent choice. The only drawback is its distance from Brussels' main train stations, including Bruxelles-Central, Bruxelles-Nord, and Bruxelles-Midi. Travelers planning to spend most of their time exploring the city center may find the commute less convenient, but for airport access, the location is ideal.

This place is brand spanking new, and it still needs to be finished, as in: 1. doors in the room get stuck on the floor. They need to be sanded down to size 2. the sign in front of the elevator on the first floor to tell you which direction to go to did not include room 106, where I was staying. I had to wander around the corner to find more signs (sign included rooms 122-128; 129-243; and 112-128) 3. The snack bar in the lobby area that is supposed to be open every day was closed 4. There is no sign for the hotel shuttle at the airport where all the hotel shuttle buses go. I had to call the hotel to confirm I was waiting in the right place, which was a pain because I had to borrow someone's phone, as I did not have service. When it's done, I think it will be very nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Everything was pretty outstanding and the hotel was super clean! The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful. HOWEVER, the shuttle service was TERRIBLE. The driver was absolutely not helpful and did not seem to care AT ALL. We had no idea what shuttle it was or who was driving it. Please fix that!
