For the price, it was very good to stay at the accommodation that includes breakfast. However they charged me City Tax (€22) which was not informed when committing to book. Accommodation has a small kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher which was good.

Great aparthotel

What a nice place!!!! We stayed 5 days and really enjoyed every minute. Everything is new, very clean and the breakfast / bar area is very nicely decorated. We can only recommend the hotel. Bed is supercomfortable and the bath has a proper shower, not a tub! Great.

Would definitely come back here again.

I loved my stay. For the price I was very shocked at how big and how high the ceiling was. The bed was perfect and I had so much room. There was also a small kitchen area that I loved with a refrigerator. It was also so so clean. It seemed almost new. I also liked my view out the window. I loved my stay here and regret not booking a longer stay at this hotel. It is also close to a station a little walk away. Even tho it is a bit far from Brussels central it’s so worthwhile since the room is just amazing.

Kind staff, clean & in quiet area, kitchen fully equipped. A bit far from city center of you don't have your owan car & I think nearest bus stop 800 or 700 meters away. But I had my car so the locawas perfect for me as the prices is lower than the center & you can find parking easier than the center.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that left us disappointed with our stay. Although we prepaid for breakfast during the reservation, we were informed upon arrival that breakfast would temporarily be served at the Holiday Inn across the street. This was an inconvenience that wasn’t communicated beforehand. The gym is small but functional, equipped with some dumbbells, a bench, a treadmill, an escalator, and a rowing machine—sufficient for a quick workout. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and room amenities were lacking. The bathroom floor was dirty, and there were no towels in the room. I had to go to reception to request them, which shouldn’t have been necessary. Additionally, there were no "Do Not Disturb" signs available, and the cleaning staff opened our door before check-out time, which felt intrusive. Overall, while the stay had some positives, the shortcomings in cleanliness, communication, and privacy made it less enjoyable than expected.
