"Beautiful place, beautiful views. The management team responded pretty quickly to texts/emails. Reply was "we'll get with our team." When we checked in at 4:00, the pool did not work. A nice gentleman came out and got it working, but still we were without that important amenity for probably 20 hours out of our 42 hour stay. Then we lost all water to the house, which meant no taps, no toilets for several hours. We were about to just leave early, but water was eventually restored. I requested...

"The view is amazing. When you wake up in the morning you are looking at the view. You a very near the main highway so it’s convenient but it’s like you are in the woods with deer every morning.Host was very nice and available to answer questions."

SECLUDED-SPACIOUS-STUNNING MTN VIEWS-MASTER ON MAIN-POOL TABLE-ARCADE-FIRE PIT

"This was a wonderful get-away in such a lovely setting. Cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (and more). Our host, Laura, was responsive when we had a question. There was plenty of space indoors and outdoors to hang out together or have a quiet cup of coffee on a crisp morning. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here and definitely hope to stay here again. We had a baby with us and there was a crib, high chair and pack-n-play available, which was a big plus. There was also a baby gate on the stairs, which are very steep, so that was a great help! The only negative was that we had to leave!"

Luxe Mountain Resort - Heated Pool & 14ft Hot Tub

10/10 Excellent

" AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END!Having rented countless cabins throughout North Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina, I can confidently say our stay at Luxe Mountain Resort was one of the BEST rental experiences I’ve had.The exceptional experience began before we arrived. The online information was thorough, booking was seamless, and communication from Jodi and her team was outstanding. From directions and check-in instructions to local shopping and activities, everything was thoughtfully organized and easy to navigate. The cabin itself was beautiful, well maintained, and incredibly well appointed. The kitchen had virtually everything we needed, and thoughtful touches were everywhere - quality paper products, soaps, lotions, coffee pods, pool towels, and more. If we thought we might need something, chances are it was already there!Checkout was equally simple and straightforward. The best way to describe the entire experience is PLEASANTLY EASY ... easy to research, book, find, enjoy, and check out.Jodi and her team have clearly put tremendous thought into the guest experience, and it shows. If you’re considering booking, my recommendation is simple: Stop considering and BOOK IT! We would absolutely return. Five stars, without question!"

Stunning long-range mountain views, perfect getaway with paved roads all the way

"We stayed here two years ago but it was booked last year for the weekend we could come. It is a wonderful cabin and Rachel was very kind and helpful. We will be back. The drive is eas to get to the house and the views are outstanding."

"Stayed here with a party of 11 for a work retreat. It was perfect! The space was perfect for meeting, cooking, and resetting as a group. The views are amazing but it is definitely off of the beaten path so renters need to be okay with being outside of town a ways. We had a wonderful chef come (Mama Concierge) and cook and provide a great experience after a day of traveling. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were great! We plan to come back next year! Oh, and we rented a boat from the nearby marina (Lake Blue Ridge Marina) and we were able to pick our party up from the house. Experience elevated again. Communication was strong and proactive, appreciate the service we received. 5 stars!"

"I let the host know there would be a baby with us and I really appreciated the extra amenities added to accommodate our family. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook and serve a large group of people. I appreciated having snacks in the game room that felt like a small addition touch that made the experience feel so much better. I initially didn't sign up for the pool warming but ended up changing my mind and requesting the pool to be warmed. The host responded so fast and the pool was made warm in a timely fashion and I appreciated the quick response. I would recommend getting the pool warmed as even though we did this trip in the heat of summer the pool is shaded and enclosed so the water was super cold. Great for a plunge to tighten the skin though! All in all this is a wonderful property thank you for sharing it. My only comment was the entry was a little hard to locate not to any fault of instruction but more it being in a weird spot."
