Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication

Worst place ever!

I walked to the front desk, using a walker, and was handed the room keys to be informed that the elevator was out and to take the two flights up. Then given a room around the back of the building that was nothing like what we had booked thru VRBO. I had 3ft of hallway and a room to be in for my stay! The restaurant that was to have a breakfast buffet was clearly closed for a while. We left on Monday morning.
