About this property

Large and bright three-room apartment

  • Apartment on the ground floor in a characteristic building. Bright, with two balconies and large windows with panoramic views. The building is located in the hamlet of Lavancher, near the center but immersed in an expanse of beautiful vineyards.
    The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and the second with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower (RENOVATED END OF APRIL 2019) and washing machine and a large living area with kitchen (changed in June 2019) to supply, in the living room , a comfortable double sofa bed.
    The car park is located a few meters from the entrance of the apartment where, from here, in a few minutes you can reach the central street of the village equipped with services, shops and convenient bus stops for the neighboring countries.
    A few minutes drive you can reach the thermal baths of Pre saint Didier and the beautiful towns of Courmayeur and La Thuile with their city centers rich in tourism and ski resorts.
    Also easy to reach are the Pila lifts and the Aosta capilluogo.
