The staff were fantastic, super polite. Service was always prompt and issues handled swiftly. The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america. This is not a fault of the hotel or its staff, just a statement of fact.

Very nice room; the kitchenette is a big bonus. Terrific location (2 blocks from Shibuya station). Quiet and comfortable, and an excellent value. We will definitely stay here again!
