"Good hotel, good staff, good service."

"The castle is set perfectly. Rooms are very spacious and do include a large modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet provides a great choice. The castle itself is fully renovated and the team is engaged and friendly! "

"Great staff service and the food was good."

"Nice hotel right near city center. Room was nice. Bathroom was clean. My only issue was the AC didn't work and the bed was a little hard for my liking. If in town I would stay again."

"Good place to stay."

"Good value and good location for an overnight stop or to visit Turin, Bra, Alba and surrounding areas. "

"Charming place and great breakfast! Staff was so sweet and the best cappuccino I’ve ever had!!!"

"Staff were really friendly and helpful room was clean plenty of choice at breakfast "

"Very nice and affordable hotel, with free parking and a good breakfast. You can take the bus 72 to reach downtown, or drive (and park) to the Fermi station (a 10 min drive) to be on a subway line..."

"Excellent rooms, clean bathroom, very friendly staff (English speaking) & high-quality breakfast with a lot of options. Well situated from Turin city center (25 mins by car), and easy parking in an underground lot."

"Great location! Highly recommended"

"The staff is amazing especially the hotel's general manager. She helped us enormously when our car was unfortunately vandalized."

"Clean room. Came with breakfast which was reasonable. A little bit out of town so spent a bit of time backwards and forwards on the tram / bus, so would book more central if I had my time again."

"It was nice"

"The staff were amazing, a complementary breakfast, room was clean and charming - great value and easy tram access to Torino’s many attractions. Beautiful city, a warm welcome at reception and fabulous, affordable accommodation at Hotel Universo."

"This is a very basic hotel, but the rooms are clean and the air conditioner worked, which was fantastic in the heatwave! The staff are also lovely. If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head for this night, it's perfectly suitable and very close to the train station."

"Stayed in the apartment, clean and spacious, lovely views from the balcony, big bathroom, the kitchen was sufficient but could of had more utensils and cups etc"

"Ok for one night, average, ordinary"

"Good location and clean hotel."
