Waterfront property boasting a stylish house with private mooring and jetty, featuring a split level design with vaulted and extra large windows capturing Waterview and nature light and kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. Super high ceiling in the kitchen and living room.
Direct access to lake teeming with fish and wild duck and birds from the own backyard. Fish, crabs and hairy clams, also. Enjoy swimming in the lake.
The private jetty and boat ramp allow you easily access to the boat off or enjoy fishing.
Over 3000 sqm grasses area provides more than enough space for playing cricket with kids. We also provide seesaw, slide swing and colorful cubby house for kids.
There are 4 bedrooms all installed brand new aircons and 3 bathrooms. Solid wooden bed sets with stylish lamps. Hotel grade bedding sets.
Only 1 hr driving from Wahroonga Sydney and 40 mins from Newcastle. Waking 15 mins to the station from Sydney Central and shops. Mins driving to Morriset Shopping Center and restaurants.
