The rooms were clean but tied looking especially the bathroom. The staff were friendly.
My first room door lock wouldn’t work and couldn’t be fixed and because hotel was full they couldn’t transfer me to another room until 2 days later. At time of checkout my 2 Mastercard wouldn’t work and I had to use my corporate Amex. Those same cards worked perfectly for the rest of my trip in all other hotels. They also couldn’t provide me a hard copy of my invoice because of some computer/network issue (might explain the credit card issue somehow…) and even though they said they would send one by mail I never got it.
Breakfast menu needs improvement. Also restaurant needs major makeover and timings needs to be extended atleast till 12am. Rest everything is completely perfect.
