"All the staff members made our trip warm and welcoming! Great food with amazing views as we are on the patio in the heated tent! For our 4 year anniversary the beach club resort did give us a top floor but unfortunately our room was very dusty, some stains in various places and the balcony had too many cobwebs on the tables and chairs so we didn't use the balcony even though the view was really good. Great walking areas with the wooden boardwalk to walk along the beach. Overall an amazing place for couples and families. Would recommend checking out this resort"

"Stayed in Room 103 May 28-June 2. The room was clean, and linens were clean. Beds were very comfortable! Some small areas of the room (a few spots on the walls, corners of bathroom) could use some attention, and the shower head is kind of low, so for people 5’10 or taller, it would be an awkward shower, but other than that, nothing to complain about! Staff were friendly! There is a Boston Pizza and a Tim Horton’s across the road, easily in walking distance. There is a cannabis store (only mentioning for those who would like to know) and a burger place next door to the hotel. Parksville is a great neutral location to return to after a day of Island Adventures. Definitely recommend this hotel for travellers. If you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room. Upper level are accessible only by stairs. And keep your eyes open for the resident bunnies!"

"To begin with the welcoming lady was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we understood all the locks and security. (I know realize she was working overtime, as they have limited guest hours). *** read that entire disclaimer as I didn’t come to realize we were very lucky. This wonderful lady stayed for our arrival, she didm’t have to. Gave us an amazing tour of the house and our room where John Wayne Stayed back in the day. Lots of stars stayed in this mansion. Room amazingly quite big with 4 poster king bed, seating, fridge, coffee, free snacks, snd water in fridge . The entire place and our suite was so clean, loved the extra service when we were out of the room. Such a beautiful gem, loved everything, we will be back! Beautiful partial view of golf course in front , with ocean in the distant view. Thank you. Ps we didn’t dine at the beautiful restaurant, next time we will make reservations."
