"The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the hotel itself is very run down. It felt like we were in motel. The rooms were run down the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pool area was cold. I went with my kids and yes it was fun, they had a blast, but I think for the price I would expect something more upscale. Again, staff amazing, and I know the hotel is working on renovations. We were on the 8th floor. It just seemed a bit rough around the edges. "

"We stayed for one night. Perfect location from the airport and to walk around Vancouver. Very clean, quite and staff helpful. Also paid parking under hotel. Small area to get refreshments all we didn't use it"
