"It was close to the convention center which was a huge benefit and had a great view. Full breakfast every morning, and restocked quickly. Front desk handled requests or concerns quickly and resolved. I Enjoyed it very much. And they merged my two reservations so I didnt have to switch rooms, just had to get keys reprogrammed "

"Temperature was set for whole building. We could not cool our room. Our room was cleaned, but there was a string on the hall floor that was not vacuumed up for 4 days. Breakfast was good."

And I appreciate them for that. They helped me stayed out of trouble thanks to them! And I really liked that I was able to speak to them in Spanish as well. The hotel room was excellent. Everything I needed and cozy. "
