They really took a good care of me, the front desk checked my pressure and helped me in my needs. About the hotel, it is a spacious room with a desk office, a sofa and a great closet. however at night I don’t know why the place was noise. It has a neat bathroom. Everything is new and smells great. Walkable to the restaurant and beautiful mall also a big supermarket at the back...

"Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "

Everything is new and smells great. Walkable to the restaurant and beautiful mall also a big supermarket at the back street. The breakfast is delicious and the variety of options. Unfortunately I didn’t have chance to go to the pool and gym but certainly I will enjoy."
