"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. I understand it was very cheap, but I would not recommend it. Cleanliness should be applied. The man on reception was friendly and polite."

"I was very happy with my stay. It was close to the centre and transit. The room was perfect and I have worked in the hotel industry, and I want to recognise Alexis and Kevin for being so hospitable, knowledgeable and prompt. They truly made the experience memorable. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing! "
