Apartment with XXL terrace and infinity pool !!!

  • The villa, newly built in 2018, was constructed in a modern Istrian style in accordance with the latest environmental standards. The air conditioning, hot water, and underfloor heating are powered by solar collectors and heat pumps that are environmentally friendly. Good insulation and triple-glazed windows ensure our guests are comfortable in every season. The villa is located in the small, idyllic village of Stepca, on the picturesque, diverse, and unspoiled eastern coast of Istria, 23 km south of modern Opatija, along Coastal Road 66.
    The Rijeka apartment on the ground floor of the villa, with a sea view towards Rijeka, accommodates 4 + 2 people in approximately 78 m² of space.
    The layout is luxurious, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and direct access from every room to the large
    terrace. Great emphasis was placed on luxury. Thanks to its unique location right in the Učka Nature Reserve and at the same time just 1 km from the sea, you can
    explore all the benefits of the Mediterranean mountains, water activities, and the cultural attractions of the surrounding towns.
    Wi-Fi is available; the property is ideal for families, with a high chair and cot available upon request.

Wij hebben genoten van dit prachtige appartement. En die lieve Sanya die zo behulpzaam was en elke dag even kwam vragen of alles naar wens was.Heerlijke bedden en super omgeving. Een aanrader voor wie van rust en ruimte houdt. Leuke drukke stadjes en steden genoeg in de omgeving.Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, modern eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem war es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war nicht schlecht in der Wohnung, obwohl die Fernseher nicht richtig funktioniert haben und der Internetempfang teilweise miserabel war. In einem Bad ist leider das Wasser nicht abgeflossen. Ausstattung war okay.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit extrem edlen und hochwertigen Wohnungen. Wir waren begeistert. Die Lage ist mitten in der Natur und genau das, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Meerblick vom Pool aus ist atemberaubend und Nachts herrscht eine spielfilmreife Atmosphäre, da sich der Mond in der Adria spiegelt und für unvergessliche Augenblicke sorgt. Der Weg zum Strand ist allerdings nichts für Leute die nicht gut zu Fuß sind und war jedes Mal ein Abenteuer mit verschiedensten Wander- und Klettereinlagen, was uns jedoch sehr gut gefallen hat, da man so die unglaubliche Natur Kroatiens hautnah erleben konnte. Ganz besonders loben möchten wir den wirklich netten und überaus engagierten Service von Sanja. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Super appartement !

The view is very good. Wind keeps temperature good as well. Apartment at very high standards. In the environment a lot to do. And also the pool is very relaxing. Sanya, the host, did a great job fixing aircon when it went down. She always reacted quickly and offered support. Look forward coming back.

Uitstekend appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Wij kijken met veel plezier terug op deze prachtige week in dit fantastische appartement .alles was aanwezig en het zwembad is prachtig en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. Rustig gelegen en veel ruimte om het gebouw. Airco in alle ruimtes, prachtige badkamers zeer ruim en schoon. Wasmachine erg handig, tafel tennistafel erg leuk voor de kinderen . Heerlijke ligbedden bij het zwembad en bij het appartement .een aanrader dus!! Mvg Frits
